The most important thing is that Mancini has to be willing to make an early change if something isn't working.
If Nasri isn't doing his part, take him off, same goes for any other player.
For whatever reason Mancini has been leaving it too late to make substitutions recently or making, in most peoples opinions (I think), the wrong substitutions, Everton is a perfect example.
