The downside to the internet

I was thinking theres loads of good things about the internet (Bluemmon ?) but what about the downside ?
I mean how has the advent of the internet had a bad effect on you ?

Being a tight-arsed one I immediately came up with was the cost, I have bought a Lappy, a Tablet, a Smartphone, my wife has an Imac an Ipad and an Iphone, total cost is a few grand (couldve bought something very nice with that like a Motorbike :) )
AND theres the monthly bill for Broadband :(

any more you can think off ?
 
That fuckin police virus for a start. General criminal activity such as fraud, child and animal porn etc. A lot of posters on the upstairs forum, and a few down in the cellar

yeah thats a good one we couldve got degree's if we'd spent the time studying

my dream was to be an archaeologist but thats in ruins ;)
 
Young people spend their life on the internet....either playing online games, on facebook, youtube, fucking twitter etc. I loved not having the internet as a kid. Every weekend I would be playing in the bush or swimming at the beach...something outside with my mates. Wouldn't bother me too much if the internet suddenly stopped.


My main issue with the internet is that has created so many self-obsessed people having to post every uninteresting fact about them on facebook or twitter every minute of their life. No one cares....you're not interesting or important. Now kindly piss off!
 
chicks texting and facebooking whilst driving is annoying, they do it at traffic lights and just carry on when they start moving.
