The edit and atatchment menu no longer works

Basically as atached, the funtions to change font size, attach links from the internet insert spoilers etc has been blocked/becime unacessable.

Is it just me and if so why does this happen.

I have not changed any settings recently

Seems fine on Safari on latest iOS.

what browser and OS are you using?
Edit: Have you tried a different browser?

For anyone else experiencing this issue, you need to click the square brackets [ ] icon on the menu bar to reactivate it.
