He was so far off the pace last night it was embarrassing. Can't believe he got 90 mins, I guess he must have some compromising photos of slurgie because surely he could have seen it as well.

I think the pisscan plays him in the belief that he "gets" the derby. He might understand the rivalry but he clearly can't stand the pace of it these days.

The only good thing I can say about him is that Imogen Thomas is a right strumpet.

Can anyone confirm whether there was a single report Tuesday morning which didn't fawningly mitigate Giggs's fuck-up as 'uncharacteristic'?

Had it been, say, Nasri who'd done that (and bearing in mind, for any/all faults, he very rarely gives the ball away, and certainly not in dangerous areas) would it (a) have been brushed away as uncharacteristic, or (b) used as an excuse to absolutely crucify him and as an example of a careless, couldn't-give-a-fuck, mercenary-like attitude?
