The exciting Michael Owen decision

I can just see Hansen leading the wankfest on MoTD as they repeatedly show him latching onto a Crouch knockdown to score Stoke's consolation goal.
 
Always had a good scoring record against us (remember the 4-3?) and he also broke a long scoring Liverpool drought with a hattrick against us once!

Will be very nervous if we're not comfortably ahead at Stoke when he comes on for his 15 minute cameo!
 
Couple of media reports around that Stoke haven't put him on there PL squad list and have asked the PL for an exemption to add him.

Still a top finisher.

His biggest problem is keeping fit. If he stays fit for Stoke, he'll score goals. He's not as fast as he was, sure, but he's far from slow.

Good signing for Stoke. Crouch and Owen has the makings of a good partnership.

His medical at Stoke took longer than would have at another club, as they had to graft a sixth finger on each hand.

So the FA sanction his signing for Stoke, that's ok as he is a free agent, the problem is Stoke have submitted their squad to the FA beforehand but is allowed to play.
