The FA

Tbf, he doesn't want the manager's job full time, so there is no point in him making such a huge decision, especially so some jobsworth can take over & reinstate the useless twat a day later.

It's not his problem.
It would have been just the job to get rid at this point - no real comeback on a manager who is only going to be there for 4 games. Shame he's been hypnotised by the same 'don't risk it/everything to lose' mentality that seems to beset so many in the game.

Agreed, but in this case, the devil you know isn't necessarily the best option. We're not looking for perfection, because that will never happen in this world, but there should be some sort of integrity test for anyone on that board, including a caveat that the person appointed has NO vested interest in a club likely to benefit from any rule changes which may be made.

Also, didn't Woolwich win the cup a couple of times recently?

I referred to the 'original' Woolwich - the one down by the river! Not the North London Tarquins!

Also, were you to put an 'integrity' test on the table for all and sundry at the FArce, would any of the recent 'newspaper pin-ups' NOT pass! The notion of 'fit and proper' at the FArce is made of india rubber - it'll bend any way yer want!

Outdated organisation which needs to be disbanded in its entirety and prem league to run everything, making sure no directors are current directos of any of the clubs and no failed tv executives or politicians involved.

Well if he does actually want the job full time after all, then he has to comply.

The wanker.
