It's a placebo.

The book doesn't actually contain any information that could help pull. It just gives the reader the illusion of knowledge which in turn gives them the self confidence they lacked in the first place.

Good point. I quite enjoyed reading the book a few years ago, but would question how much of it was true (did one of the housemates bang Courtney Love?) if so, it's probably best avoided, if it's an indicator of who the "techniques" work on. Some of the things they do in the book come across as very "Derren Brown" - so maybe the easy answer is to just hypnotise girls into bed?

Or get them drunk !

Or both?

Sounds like he needs the fitness thread and a trip to Rooneys hair dressers.

HAHA! I've actually had a peak at the fitness thread, I've actually got a GYM membership I use to go 3 days a week but since my shoulder injury I was off work for 3 and a half months and just developed his lazy attitude, I use tone 9 stone but now weigh 11 but I've always found it hard loosing it then putting it on.

The whole "hey it's Matt Lucas" thing I always get should really push me to go to the GYM but like I said every day I get home from work I'm just too knackered.

11 stone? Surely it's impossible for a man to be overweight at 11 stone? How tall are you 4'9"?

I'm not saying I'm overweight just got a beer belly and tits. When I was 9 stone I was trim and looked healthy but at 11 stone I just look like a 45 year old man (no offence to nyone who's 45 just saying at 23 I shouldn't look like I'm 45)

Does it have a chapter on performing card tricks to impossibly attractive women, causing you to miss the one of the most important City goals in history?
