when was the last time we had a Socialist Labour Party?inbetween said:I'll be voting conservative. I don't like the cuts but there is simply no other option. yes there is, a better fairer form of taxation where the NHS and other public services are properly funded and tax loopholes are closed and companies that are unwilling to contribute back into society are barred from bidding for Government contracts (think G4S, Capitas, Serco, ATOS etc)
For those thinking of UKIP, all your vote will do is ensure a racist lunatic ends up in bed with a socialist lunatic in Labour.

Green leader Natalie Bennett thinks that being on benefits in Britain is worse than the poverty in India because, quote, "at least everyone there is poor too".law74 said:when was the last time we had a Socialist Labour Party?inbetween said:I'll be voting conservative. Vote Green
I'm in the same camp. Blair seems to think on similar lines, saying Wallace has taken the party too far to the left, which always results in a Conservative majority, wouldn't stake my life on it though.gordondaviesmoustache said:I'm coming to the conclusion that at the very least the Tories will hold what they have and possibly get a (very small) outright majority, which I think would be a bad thing overall.

Laugh it up! I suppose laughter fills a vacuum, when you've bugger all to say.

Would you bet your plums on that? I wouldn't, it is quite conceivable that the conservative leaning UKIP voter will smell the coffee, and not piss on their chips by voting for Nige. Whether the UKIP voting Labour switchee decides the same, remains to be seen. The perfect fumble said:PrestwichPeteMcfc said:Labour will get the most seats but not a majority. That's possible, but Labour won't move Trident so it's difficult to imagine what'll they ask for beyond another referendum.
The SNP are high in the polls at Labours expense at the moment but come a general election it is hard not to imagine at least a partial Labour recovery north of the border.
Much is made of Labours woes and in truth they're in trouble, but the Tory vote has collapsed in the marginals and if UKIP continue to syphon Tory votes (in truth that is where they do the most damage) Cameron will be writing his memoirs this time next year.
