totally agree, for me this was goal of the season, the build up and timing. Had rooney done this it would have been goal of the decade.
this season we have seen lots of rockets fly in from 30yrds+, overhead kicks with an element of luck, but bernardos for me was the most difficult to get right. It wasnt luck or hit and hope, pure timing and skill, the lucky villa fans in that goal end seeing it live must have taken their breath away... Not a bad build up either :-)
shame the goal didnt get the recognition it deserved, it was something different
