the great i phone- htc debate

i'm due to upgrade in a week or 2 and i'm flumoxed over which to have. i dont really use email much, i want it to browse the net (yes... porn etc)..

so in one word... htc or i phone

I've got a HTC HD2 and I'm pretty happy with it. It seems the choice of phone for the more tech minded person and everyone does all sorts of stuff with it, however if I had the choice again I'd probably go for the simplicity and apps of the iphone.

Its not even a debate mate for most people who have had both, the htc desire wins. The iphone is better than the rest of the htc range though.

Get a desire or wait for the new iphone

I'm in the same position as I'm due an upgrade next month.

I've had a go on both and really can't decide.
For me some considerations are:

1) I'm a Mac fan and have the whole mobile me thing.
2) I wan't the phone to replace my tom tom as my in car GPS navigation system
3) I already have an Ipod touch and don't need to replace it as my music player.
4) My current phone is a SonyEricssoon C901 which has a great camera which i use a lot.
5) I have more money than sense.
