In the South East the best tracks are Sandown,Plumpton a little further out Fakenham.Goodwood,Newbury and Ascot are very disapointing.

Take these with a pinch of salt but, I had an email from the stable of Treble Winner yesterday who I have a share in (with thousands of others), the trainer has both flat & NH horses.
