Some real corkers on that list.
It follows has recently been 'in the news' being described as one to the part horrors of the 2000's (and it's hard to disagree).

Halloween III for the Stranger Things generation.
As for another Carpenters classic (which I've not seen in absolute years) - Christine was remade on the BBC a few years ago, but missed the chill of the movie:

Nowt on the mainstream chans or BBC4/Film 4?
Might go old school Christine or crack on with Cabinets of Curiosity.
Didn't get chance to see the kids properly this weekend otherwise would've dialled in a film with them.

Will be watching Death Line (1972), aka Raw Meat, starring Donald Pleasence, Norman Rossington and a walk-on from Christopher Lee (he only agreed to do it so long as he didn’t have to wear a set of false teeth!). Got it on remastered on blu-ray, but the audio is only mono.

In a nutshell: a politician goes missing on the London underground and the subsequent investigation uncovers a link with a gruesome past tragedy.

Underrated British horror and Pleasence, as the irascible Inspector Calhoun, is having a great time.
