The happy new year thread

At a party with engineers... contest to design chocolate bar bridges! One created a chocolate i-beam by heating and fusing three thin bars that was still intact despite hanging over a kilogram off it.

Next contestant with a chocolate box girder...
 
Happy New Year fellow mooners.
Let's enjoy it while we can because it's bound to be Sir Jam's barmy army sweeping the board this coming year (well in the media's eyes again).
