That stadium is going to be a problem. They've already announced an NFL game for it(Seahawks/Raiders Oct 14th) but can't sell tickets, presumably as it's nowhere near being cleared by fire inspectors.

I can see problems on this one.
 
They’ll be pimping out Kane to the highest bidder to pay for it handy that PSG splashing out 200m on Neymar has made all top player fee about 150m

They sold 40,000 season tickets this season and won't go any higher than around 45,000-48,000 in the new ground to allow for tourists and away fans. That increase isn't going to cover an increase in costs of £500m and the associated borrowing costs anytime this century.

If they start fucking up those NFL games they'll end up losing them.
