Had there ever been a dad and son playing together for anyone?

I think Eidar Gudjonsen played in an international match for Iceland which his father also played in. I don't think both were on pitch at the same time though.

Did the Nmetcha players play in the same City first team at any point?
Obviously, we were having the same discussion the other night, and couldn't get past the most recent brothers being the Toures....

They came on a bit late against Huddersfield to impact on the result.

Otherwise, there could be complaints, in the style of Scooby Doo, that ‘Huddersfield would have got away with it but for those Heskey kids’!

There was also the Baker brothers: Gerry and Joe. Their father was a merchant seaman and Gerry was born in New York while Joe was born in Liverpool. The family settled in central Scotland and Joe played for Hibs while Gerry was with Motherwell, St Mirren, and then City. Neither was eligible for Scotland under the rules back then so Gerry played for the USA and Joe for England (while at Hibs).

Then Joe signed for Torino at the same time as Denis Law and Hibs recruited Gerry as a replacement.

Similarly, Rafinha and Thiago Alcantara (Brazil & Spain respectively) and the Xhaka brothers, Granit & Taulant (Switzerland & Albania)
