The idiocy (and selfishness) of panic buying

The policy of single shoppers only and letting people in on a one in one out basis seems to work a treat here in Spain. Might take 20 mins to get in but once in aisles are clear and shelves fully stocked.
If it can work ok here I don’t see why it couldn’t in U.K.

Seen that British girl in Lyon supermarket nothing like here with these fked up c.nts,
I would say if a store hold a thousand pricks, let 10% pricks in,and as you say how many out the same goes in,and that will stop these fkers going back in doubling up,

Well done pal not the sort of shit you need down the supermarket but these are different times and the vulnerable need looking after, I for one applaud you

Cheers mate,to me it's just another form all bullying picking on the weak/wrong word...HELPLESS
I just think If its my parents or grandparents
Someone would do the same,

People are just selfish in general. Not many people have any compassion for others.

I have been shopping for my mum today who is in her 70’s and has COPD so cant go out due to the risk. I didn’t even bother with the supermarkets due to the above but managed to get 14/17 items on her list from the Co-op (well stocked relatively speaking and no queue at all), the petrol station shop, the bakers and the butchers.

My wife is a Teacher and the head is now having to check the occupations of parents because too many are trying it on saying they are key workers when they aren’t.

apparently 30% of the food we eat was previously consumed in cafes, restaurants and sandwich chains. That’s part of the reason for the increased demand in supermarkets

That last part is fking disgusting, they should publish their names, evil twa.s,
Lowest off the low,

I know. The head has had to send a letter to parents warning them. It’s shocking what people will do when the shit hits the fan. Me me me.....

I would look into taking action against them,I no it's not like, impresonating a doctor..
But they do need naming&shaming & I would lose any sleep if any off them got it and checked out..

I predicted this.

As far as i can see all online services are booked up with no delivery slots available full stop sadly. I tried Tesco and Waitrose yesterday, both fully booked up so i just keep my shopping basket and go back periodically to see if they have any new ones. Problem is even if you do get a slot it is going to be so far advanced time wise it makes it useless for the next few weeks.

I did another one lsst night,go into book a slot and scroll to the right through the dates, there were quite a few available in about four weeks time,at least you know there will some coming later
