We shouldn't be, I thought we had it at the start of the season!

I just think yesterday's result was just a hangover after the Chelsea game, I think we will back to normal on Wednesday!

There will be a time soon when we lose a game and we'll all be on a downer. It's inevitable. We're the best team in the league by a distance but probability dictates that we will experience some kind of 'blip' soon. God forbid we lose the Mickey Mouse cup to the rags or get humiliated at the Nou Camp. The question is, how are we going to react? Will Bluemoon be awash with 'Pellegrini out', 'Garcia is shite' or 'Sell Demichelis now'?

Before you go posting all that shit, remember this thread and remember what we are doing right now.

Also, enjoy now, but don't get too cocky about it
Looks like this exactly what happened, except that now people are criticizing just about every single other player, oh and Ferran and Txiki don't know what they are going :)

Awesome isn't it. A draw and a loss and it's crisis time. A rag was texting me last night. I mean, is he taking the piss or what!

Have you texted him for the half time Fulham score?

There is no crisis. We lost to a very good Chelsea side on the night and Norwich defended for their lives yesterday.

Momentum however is a key thing in football and right now Chelsea have it...we have dropped 5 points from 6 which feels worse than it is after such an amazing unbeaten run.

Winning the next game is key though I think...getting back on the horse as it were ;)

After the demolition of Spurs I thought we were in a very good moment and honestly think our strongest 11 would have defeated Chelsae and Norwich...Football can change quickly though and the loss of Aguero and Fernandinho was a crucial factor in the last 2 games.

Time to dig out a win.

We've already had "wobbles" against Villa, Sunderland and Cardiff. Can't afford any more performances like the one yesterday.

I really don't think so.

Chelsea are just as good but in different ways. I've said all season, from the first kick off, that is will be City and Chelsea for the top two but in which order I didn't know...and I still don't.

There's no distance in it. For every good point on our team you could find an equal point about Chelsea be it in a different form or style of play.

-- Sun Feb 09, 2014 6:26 pm --

They weren't a wobble in form though, we won games before and after all of those games. This is the first time we've not won in any two game stretch all season (in the Prem) and we've not played well in either game. This wobble may continue, hopefully it doesn't, as you say, we can't afford any more performances like yesterday...not a one!

We need to get back on track on wednesday and i'm sure we will. Its not city if we don't do it the city way!

Heads are down because our players are winners- who wants to see Vinny and co smiling when we don't play well and don't win? Top players show the hurt and that's what is happening, cue Yaya.

We are missing Aguero, Nasri and Fernandinho and it shows. Others don't look fully fit such as Negrado. It is a worry because facing top teams you need your best players playing and next week we still wont have a fully fit squad. For me, win on wednesday against Sunderland and ensure we are still in with a shout for the second leg against Barca, that would be great, at worse a draw in the home leg would not be disaster. We don't need a replay against Chelsea so go shit or bust next saturday, if we lose then so be it. Hopefully we will have enough to do it.

Win or lose we still have many cup finals before the fat lady sings in May... enjoy it!!!
