What great memories remember like yesterday walking through the tunnel, bring on the champions the lovely toilets behind us where you needed wellies to venture in:) how I miss that stadium

I thought I'd made it in life, when i left my parents to the wooden benches of Platt Lane and joined the 'big boys' of the Kippax. You certainly had to grow up fast on there!
Do you remember you were allowed to climb over the wall at the bottom of the Platt Lane and go into the Kippax if you fancied it... certainly for some games anyway
 
Getting sad now.

If i didnt have to go to work soon, i'd be here all day. It was everything back then.

Oh the memories.
Aerial bombardments of Bottles of piss, darts, coins.
You staked a claim on your place and that was yours for evermore.
