Every town has tales of the krays turning up at train stations to be met by local hardmen who sent them back to london.
Theyd have never been off trains the amount of times it supposedly happened

And Birmingham!

And Newcastle, and Leeds, and Cardiff and Edinburgh and Glasgow. Same situation as well, bizarrely. The local hard lads of the area squared up to the two Nodnol Ponces at the local station and told them to sling their hook, because this city belonged to the local hard lads.

Must have damaged their egos quite a bit for it to happen so often to them.
