Strong trade unions are a great act of corporate governance.
I am lucky enough to be part of one in my industry and have represented and negotiated for members in companies owned by serco/carslye group/Mitie and other billions of pounds profiteering arseholes that plead poverty and would rather bully staff out of their employment on shit wages, with some shocking working practices, where employees are tracked and treated like cattle going to slaughter.
These are the cunts that need pulling up.
I would like to think the workers bill will have caveats to aid and support small/medium businesses and their models that aren't owned by hedge funds to adapt accordingly.
DP world and others cannot be allowed to dictate laws to government like they did when paying off Tories.
