The lurgy.

I've got a bit of a staffing crisis at work at the moment with it.

Chest infections that hang on for weeks and the staff can't shake them!

None COVID but two now confirmed Strep-A.

Huge surge in COVID it seems, at least in our area. I'd never had it once until last week, I know four or five other people who have never had it who seem to have all caught it in April or May too.

Mentioned it to work and turns almost half the workforce are ill currently and working from home.

Had it for about 3 weeks, just starting to feel bit better. I tested negative for covid at time

I have been shit since Xmas when I fell and broke a rib....then had a chronic cough I couldn't shake - then had Covid as proven by tests which also proved it was over then I have been breathless and exhausted that was found to be a tumble in red blood cell count so hospital for transfusions and further tests to come as to why.........like Catch 22 that lurgy is quite a catch......

Has been going round work for a few weeks so one lad tested for Covid and he’s got it, could easily be that that’s going round everywhere.

We have the flu season in the Winter but with Covid the wave can come at any time so this will happen from time-to-time at random points in a year.
