we went through mediation and divorce a year and a half ago and agreed all aspects of money and childcare before the courts

married the beautiful mrs this! at the end of last year

my father died recently enabling me to pay back my recession debts and the beautiful mrs This!, all the children and I have just moved in to a bought house in the same village but a little closer to the town boundary - now about a ten min drive between houses, close to the met, school bus to new secondary school for eldest This! goes from outside the house etc etc.

Sillycow has now appointed barristers in London to apply to take the children away from me most of the time...

My question is - why?

As a person who's childhood consisted of divorcing parents, I can safely say your ex wife is a **** head.

If the b*tch can live with using children as a means to manipulate you into giving her money, then she obviously shouldn't be looking after kids.


Whilst I was at school, my dad came to an agreement where he paid his child allowance to my oldest sister, who I spent a lot of time with, and once I became 15 it got put into my bank account. It's fairer that way IMO.
 
She's doing what a lot of mums (including my own) did/do, using the kids as a means of extracting money from yourself. As hard as it is, fight for your rights mate, my childhood was screwed up because of my mum trying to screw my dad over and as much as I love her I will never forgive her for using me and my sister that way.

i stood up to my lunatic ex - i didn't pay her if i didn't get the kids and eventually after many years she started to get the message. if the CSA write to you - i suggest writing back in crayon - i have had a mental breakdown.

i was self employed and put the money in the bank and paid her double on months that i got the kids as per the custody arrangement. i think she eventually got that sick of me that she gave in in the end - took 3 or 4 years, 17 arrests and incredible stress though.

spent 8 hours in a company at weekend at a football tournament - sat next to each other and did not utter a single word to each other. she did look so fit though!!

Don't quote me on this best run it by Andyhinch or Corky but I think once the kids get to a certain age ie teenagers they can have a say in where they want to live by law. The fact that you've had the 50/50 share working for 5 years is strongly in your favour. This may get ugly but this could all blow up in the mad bitches face if the kids decide they'd rather stay with you.
 
Any person ( man or woman) who uses the children to get back at their ex is an absolute cvnt of the highest order and doesn't give a flying fvck about their own children.
