Weather should hopefully brighten up tomorrow and by the looks of it a few people have said gritters and that are coming out in Town so hopefully it will clear!

I set off at 7 this morning from Urmston. Struggled getting on the M60 at junction 7 as cars were not making it up the hill, took ages to get off at junction 1 and was on Portwood Roundabout/St Marys way for about an hour before a couple of colleagues came toddling past saying they had shut the office. Back at home now getting on for 4 hours after I set off.

The forecast is not looking good for the game being played tomorrow.

Relatively thin up here on the Lancashire coast. This is from my front gate. I've got a bit of a steep driveway to to the road at the bottom so no doubt I'll slide down there and hope nothing is coming!!

I saw that photo of Blackley New Road...When I was a kid in Blackley and it snowed used to love going sledging in Boggart Hole Clough down Angel Hill!!
