The "Manchester" Snow Thread

Love the snow, we only have 6" in Marple but nothing is moving. I can get around no probs cos I have a Landrover. If the match is on tomorrow and anyone needs a lift from Marple and back, I can take 3. Leaving early though, about 5.00 so we can park easily and I want to go in the shop.

We're a Prem club, if we need the roads gritting we get it done. Police will have plans, they will want it over and done with asap. Police leave has been cancelled, will they honestly be happy if it's cancelled now?

The problem will be spectator safety with the roof at the CoMs allowing precipitation on the seats in the front rows then this will cause hazards No doubt snow will have got onto the footpath area of the spirals as well The Police will also consider the safety of those travelling to the stadium At the moment with the current weather prediction I would say that the match is at best doubtful and will be played next Wednesday the date set aside for FA Cup replays

good idea tell them its the famous fergie hair dryer there so thick they will do it :)
