I plan to watch the AC V Inter match tonight. Just wondering if any of our Italian friends on here (or anyone else) give us a picture how this fixture compares with some of our derbies and semi-derbies (say City V the Rags, Dippers V Scummers or Celtic V Rangers? Is is that level of intensity between the two Milanese clubs?

Yeah, if AC are at home inter get a standard away allocation, then vice versa in the other fixture
