Another annoying thing i've noticed about Stachan is he doesn't know any players unless they are household names (or Celtic players). He was at it again the other night referring to a Juventus player as "him there, that number 21". I don't believe this is true. A Northern League club were offered Hansen's services for their end of season sportsman dinner last year. They were told they could have him on a Saturday as long as they matched what he would have got from MOTD. They were quoted £17k. They turned this down and got Steve Daley in.
