I've posted this before, and I make no apologies for doing so again.
She may not be the most beautiful girl in the world, and she certainly isn't blessed with the best voice.
But what she has is priceless, and it can't be faked. It's called honesty and integrity.
She nails this.

As you say, not the greatest voice (yet still appealing) but disagree that she isn't beauty, she most certainly is.
