What happened to the group home gig?

Got burnt out..... very hard to recruit staff. My shift was 7 days on (24 hours) and 7 off which was fantastic but I ended up doing 12 on and 2 off as we were that short and while the bank balance was healthy I was shattered.k
Did something different for 3 years, recharged the batteries and now back in the same line of work at a different place .

Handed his two weeks notice in yeaterday and this morning was told not to bother with the two weeks......

poor guy , came into a new job, noticed straight away what a bunch of lazy fuckers he was working with ,tried to get them at it to up productivity, the lazy fuckers didn't want to up their work load so ganged up on him, sad loss for the future of the company.

They ganged up on him, and now he's left, and only now they realize the consequences of their actions..

I wonder how many others, bullied and harrassed, abused and humiliated are now on the dole queue ? Is there even dole in the U S ?
This poor guy is probably living out of his pick up truck and searching dumpsters for food.
In 12 months he'll be on meth, just another sad statistic, prostituting his body for the next hit.



And all because he asked if the team could just play something other than Morrissey.
