The New Top Gear, Yes or No.

He was a round peg in a very square hole and was never going to work. His shouty style just didn't fit the format. Now...get in Jenson Button. Get rid of Jordan and that buffoon with the big arms., Rory Reid. Keep Chris Harris. Not sure about Sabine or Le Blanc if I'm honest...but most of all...

Change the fucking format. Start from scratch. Do a decent car show that's full of cars and is light and informative. Let Clarkson and his mob do the funny irrelevant stuff.
 
Chris Evans is stepping down as presenter of Top Gear, following heavy criticism and poor viewing figures for the revamped BBC series.
Evans tweeted: "Stepping down from Top Gear. Gave it my best shot but sometimes that's not enough
"I feel like my standing aside is the single best thing I can now do to help the cause
 
Evans didnt work on it. Theres potential for the rest to do something bigger. I think the bbc fucked up the viewership dropped big time. Also going up against Euro Championships was mad to start with should of delayed the series until after that to see if it could do well up against a normal Sunday night tv schedule. A revamp again same problems. Guy Martin should of been involved from the start but just cant see him being on Top Gear ever.

Looks like a load of rich kids spending daddies money.
 
Even Clarkson and May admitted that the format was getting a bit tired and was probably nearing the end of its current format. So rather than reinvent it, they decided to pretty much keep everything identical, and obviously did a worse job of it, as you'd expect.
 
I ain't into cars but me and the Mrs used to enjoy Sunday nights watching Top Gear with the original trio.

whereas they get to do a completely new format and concept for The Grand Tour.
 
Paddy Power offering 40-1 on Nigel Farage to be next host. Would bring back the Clarkson demographic.

Jeremy Corbyn and Nicola Sturgeon could be May and Hammond.
