I can exclusively reveal Tolmie's Hairdoo's true identityand it's all in the name.

Tolmie's (the ex-City player not the poster) first name was Jim. We got him from Lokeren in Belgium and he is a jock, but that is all a red-herring as is referrence to his hair.
