41 and cried

I am in hospital so had the nurses asking if I was in pain.

Hope its nothing serious? Im sure yesterday made the pain more bearable lol.

I didnt cry, cried like a baby in the semi, i think i got out my crying then because yesterday i just stood in amazement didnt know what to do with myself, very strange. Better get used to winning girl, might start practising a celebration dance think im gonna need it ;O)

unfortunatley it is serious. I collapsed the friday before the semi. something wrong with my heart, they cant work out exactly what.

the only person who was pleased was my sister who got my ticket for the semi and then used my loyalty points to get a ticket for the final.

the cup result did cheer me up though.

I watched the game in City square and didn't cry there, but I've watched it again this afternoon and had tears in my eyes at the end.

Think it's just that yesterday the sheer joy just took over and it didn't quite sink in. Watching it again today made me realise it actually happened, what I've been waiting all my life to see, we've actually won a fucking cup! Still keep thinking I'm gonna wake up from the dream.

still hasn't sunk in properly for me....part of me thinks the FA are going to announce it was all a big mistake and they want the cup back....thats the city fan in me ;p

Cried like a baby!! (I'm 41 and 1976 didn't regsiter!!)

Thing of it is, we could now go on and win trophy after trophy and absolutely dominate football.......

....... BUT, if we don't......

..... we've seen OUR club win a cup in our lifetimes.

Emotional stuff

cried like a baby.

Dad died last October so very poignant but much more than that.
