Does anyone know how far ahead you have to be after the first innings to make the batting team stay on?

EDIT: I know it's not likely for this game, but I'm just curious.

you have to lead by 200 to make the other team follow on

Not absolutely sure, but I think in a 5 day game the team batting second has to get to within 200 runs of the other teams score. So, Aus would need 225 to avoid the follow on.
