"as I said we will not announce until paperwork done this end. Can't vouch for how other clubs operate #MCFC"

"For everyone asking. The Club will announce done deals only when all the paperwork and registrations are complete. Until then not done!"

Edit: 5 mins later exactly.... MCFC tweet "SINCLAIR JOINS BLUES: Scott Sinclair joins Manchester City from Swansea, more on our website mcfc.co.uk #MCFC"
