didn't get chance to see today's game (was in lectures) but caught the Geordie highlights and Barker looked really impressive, quick, skillful and good composure, also seems to have a decent head on his shoulders from his tweets.

Great prospect imo.

Of course it's a long road & the benchmark is very high, but he has real football talent for sure. Just have to hope he uses it well & progresses. Looks a decent build too.

Looks a really clever player to me.

Not so big for a player who often finds himself in front of the back 4 but very very calm on the ball & happy to receive it under pressure. Kind of player who would understand the way Silva etc play & be right at home next to them.

Whether he has the exeptional talent needed to make a regular in our 1st team, we will have to see, but he's doing very very well at this level & looks the part.

If you like but a potential knee injury is more concerning to me than a free-kick.
