Yeah, hard to not notice the U18 performances. How much should we read into this? I feel like they've been a wrecking ball.

Well we have invested heavily at that age level and the new coach worked wonders with the u14 so he knows what hes doing.

Plenty of talented lads in the u18.

George Evans has gone on loan to Crewe.
Seems a decent loan. Lets hope he becomes the first player on the teamsheet ;)

He started today and played the full 90 minutes. Didn't see it but apparently he had a solid game. Drew 0 - 0.

Guidetti playing well?

Just got back from the game. Entertaining but 3-0 makes it look more convincing than it was.

We were a bit laboured in approach work and didn't take advantage of early domination.

According to an old boy next to us, it was a very young Norwich side, and they appeared to be in awe of us at first. When they realised we weren't going to tear them apart as easily as they thought, they grew in confidence, and it was touch and go until the third goal was scored.

Guidetti was not good (I'm being very kind to him here). He doesn't look anything like a Premiership player and is certainly not good enough for City. If he goes out on loan in January, I suspect we won't see him back in a City shirt.

EDS team - Could do better. John Guidetti - I'd love to think he'll get back to form, but I just don't see it happening.

Whilst my gut feel tells me John G won't make it at the top level I will certainly give him time to get to full fitness before really assessing him. Just great to see him playing again.

I find it incredible that someone would judge Guidetti so harshly in his 1st game back, absolutely incredible.

If he's shit 6 months form now, then he is probably not going to make it here, but that would be a more realistic time for someone to even start to have an opinion on his future.
