To make it more reflective and less kneejerk to a bad performance or a good one - how about a poll after every set of 5 games or monthly - this flip flopping after every game is interesting to us - but I imagine appears a source of amusement and ammunition to journalists and other fans that look in.

You're quite right, as this forum and this specific thread has been quoted in the newspapers by Journalists, and other threads by Players and management- which is quite cool to be honest.
 
Can I change my Hughes In vote please? It was cast whilst deluded after the Chelsea win!
 
I'm still staying on the fence, just cos I'm not sure who's available right now. I'd rather stick with Hughes and his cronies for a bit if it means we can get the right man in at some point
