The OFFICIAL moan about the Adebayor song thread [MERGED]

Re: FAO: Fans that went to pompey RE: Adebayor chant

I know a few members of the board have written to the club about it. Was considering doing so myself but decided against doing so. Have been told by several members on here though the club will be taking action against those found singing it. It will soon clear the stadium of the cringeworthy fools.

Re: Words to Ade song at Pompey?

I dont think its racist but im intrigued as to why some do and some dont...the arguments for and against are varied to say the least..

I think its smutty...and in my opinion its not the way to cheer a City player.

keep it but change the words..

The PC brigade are out in full force and will not be very happy.

People that use that phrase make me laugh as it's always usually from someone who has problems articulating themselves without abusing other people.

You mean you aren't interested in discussing other blokes cock sizes either?

Will you be my friend, I think there's just the 2 of us here with no interest in any players cocks or balls.

Re: Words to Ade song at Pompey?

I don't know what's more embarrassing...

The song itself, or the way in which some (pathetic) posters manipulate it and its intention to prop up their assault on other Manchester City fans.

There is no ulterior motive to the song - which any reasonable human being would acknowledge.

It was just a pretty daft spontaneous song, which then gathered momentum when people developed a real desire to demonstrate their appreciation for a quality new signing (albeit in a pretty bizarre way).

Nothing more nothing less.

It is very interesting fact that many racists don't believe they are racist. They have been brought up in a home where rscist comments and stereotyping are the norm. The ones who think that racism is wrong but cannot see why such chants are racist are no better than the apes who are the soldiers of the BNP. If any one does not believe this chant to be racist and wants to argue the point then they can with a steward at future games because I for one intend to make a complaint to the nearest one the next time I hear it.

I bet you dont!

You calling me 2 pints of cider are you?[/quote]

BosmanBlue. You seemed to go missing when i asked you that do you realise what you and your kind are creating for future generations? I will just say this; I have had various discussions with people on this forum, i have had a few nasty comments thrown towards me and in turn i have dished it back, and some. I would gladly shake hands and have numerous beers with anyone of the aforementioned posters, yes ANYONE, and this statement is not because you disagree with me, it is from the bottom of my heart, because it goes outside football what you and your kind are doing to society. I cannot stand the ground that you walk on and hope and pray that sense prevails in the Orwellian/pc nightmare that you idiots are leading us all down. I reserve a deep seated hatred for you,as you are ruining mine and countless others existence in this godforsaken world, and when the likes of me have been gagged and bound into submission, you will be next. When your freedom has gone, you will never get it back, YOU ARE A DISGRACE.

Your post seems to be a PC contradiction in terms.

Would you care to clarify the origin of the word l have highlighted , as l believe it is a derogatory insult designed to mock those unfortunate enough to be afflicted with Downs Syndrome at birth.

Don't worry, l won't tell on you, though.
