The ONE thing you love most about Bobby Manc

The way he demands certain requirements from his players in order to play, how he has built a winning mentality at the football club for the first time since the seventies, the ruthlessness in how he systematically deposed of all the bad eggs at the club. We must also remember the time and energy he has given to improving players he deems good enough for the long term, Kompany, Micah, Lescott etc.

He's the man who ended the wait and he's going to turn this football club into one of the very best on the continent, but the thing that I love most about the man is how driven he is, all the very best managers are driven and disciplinarians, he has both these qualities in abundance.

One thing i hate is the people that make poor excuses of an attempt to take snides at other blues " oh other city fans tried to hate him because they can't see infront of their own 2 feet ect " there is NO NEED to be like that to fellow blues in spite while we are WINNING i might add. and i'm sure every single newcastle fan on the planet thought keegan was the best thing since god when they were cruising the league and well we all know what happend there my feet are firmly on the ground until he wins the premier league or champions league with manchester city and that's exactly the way he expects it to be.

for now he has done a good job with one stand out results city fans will never forget. And be broke our 35 year duck but i would expect him too with the squad we had. so far i'm pleased but that's it.

On his move to City, he visited the priest at St Johns RC Church in Chorlton and gave him a nice bottle of Single Malt. A generous and respectful man, as many have echoed on here.

Incidentally the priest is a proper old school die hard red who lunched on that little tale for weeks, laughing about how "he'll get no prayers here, but it was a lovely drop."
