Nines is an awful price for a player coming back from a serious injury and a months lay off, but at least it means there is some good each way value to be had elsewhere if you ignore Tiger.

It's the first time in a couple of years that Westwood, Donald and Rory are seemingly decent odds. I'll be having a little nibble on all three.

Westwood is the standout for me at 30/1 paying 7 places ew. He might not quite have the temperament to win a major but he sure knows how to finish top 5
