Not seen a thread yet, I know there's a few golfers on here, love St Andrews, the history makes it unique. I don't play anymore but love watching this. Weather looks good, low scores expected?

I just wish the BBC would stop going on all the time about Tiger Woods & Rory Mcilroy, its just like the rags & dippers in football why do they think thats all everyone is interested in?

Lazy. Trying to make their coverage more relevant than it is. A lot of people will be grateful for the highlights, but golf is best watched live.

Love the Open, especially at St Andrews. Agree about the coverage. Can see them focusing on Rory as he shot a great round and hes second, but Tiger was a sorry sight.
They should follow the mangy dog Cam Smith. Hes good to watch.

Yes - one of the three great events of the summer, along with the French Open tennis and Wimbledon.

Loads of low scores so far, plenty to play for.

Haven’t watched much yet because of work, but I’ll be watching over the weekend.
