The photos thread

You're not wrong, it's an embarrassing mess. It'll be even worse now that it's been empty for over a year.
Niagara on the lake is nearby and a much nicer place than the area around the falls.
Niagara on the lake is a very nice and beautiful town. I recommend anyone spend a few hours there.
Had a wonderful lunch in an Irish pub.
Just one of those places that makes you feel glad to be alive.

Rather than look for the @Magicpole thread about wild garlic l thought I’d add this here.
I thought it should have been out a lot earlier over here but it’s now blooming for the last couple of weeks in the park. 336A50C3-0E8E-4C89-8A52-20F82A8E0A6D.jpeg7A64F4AB-B553-440F-8866-D637FA31FB70.jpeg

It surprised me when I went to Niagara Falls that it's the Canadian side that resembled Blackpool with nothing on the other side of the border. All the crap like waxwork museums and suchlike. Thought it would've been the other way round tbh.
I've visited the Falls 3 times and I've always gone over to the Canadian side, even though I live in NY. The NY side is pretty shit. Anyway, the Canadian side is special because my husband proposed to me at the Journey Behind the Falls, yellow ponchos and all and we were both soaking wet. Very memorable :-)
