How many hours is that? Flying over Manchester by the look of it
15:30-16:00 on the way there, plus about 1:00-1:30 on the way back.

Yes, passed over MAN on the way there, but make a hard right after Ukraine and went up over Scandinavia and Central Greenland on the way home, dropping in from Northern Canada to avoid winds and turbulence associated with the PolarJetstream.

Some brilliant views of places I rarely see, like Baku, which apart from being on a peninsula in the middle of nowhere, looks like a major city with a massive stadium in it!

Even Greenland was clear as a bell for a change, so you could see the glaciers and higher mountains that require special decompression procedures, etc.

Sounds like a trip to remember. Baku is indeed a major city surrounded by nothing apart from oil Wells in the Caspian.
