It is mate, spent many a weekend in there.

A bit far out for me, on the few occasions I went for a drink in Whitefield it used to be the Derby, cross keys and the Church. Then on to Phillips Park Hall. I know FOC :-(

About 25 years ago we used to do the pub crawl in Whitefield starting from the Cross keys and ending in the junction, took in the masons and the red king on the way, sometimes the wheatsheaf and the church depending how pissed we was, the Derby and the bulls head and the new Inn though the new Inn was more of old man's pub then, probably still is.
Out of all those pubs mentioned the cross keys, new inn and the beehive are the only ones left, sad really.

This is the best pizza I ever had. It was a Jamaican at Peppermint in Cardiff before Wales v Slovakia. Jerk chicken, onions, mushrooms, peppers, olives and salami. Absolute bargain for £8 or so.

Looks like one of the cats passed by, just before it died.
