The bits in white are the new metal parts when I had my total knee replacement eight weeks ago due to arthritis. You can clearly see the metal clips holding my knee together, which were taken out six weeks ago. I'm pleased to say I am now 90% back to normal, and fairly pain free, but it has been tough. :)
