Saw this one on the RTE news last night. They showed the video that captured it and stopped on that still.
It was a huge flock of starlings apparently.

It’s not unusual for people in Cleveland to see lights from towns on the Canada side of Lake Erie, which is over 50miles away. Similarly, there have been times when the Cleveland skyline can be clearly seen from Canada. There was one occasion in the early 1900s when Canadians said they could see cars driving down the Cleveland streets.
