The photos thread

Wish I had my camera this morning as a deer was grazing in our croft followed by an urban fox. They must have forgot their timepieces as this was at 06.45. Maybe they didn't turn their clocks forward for BST : /

Not after plating his arse or owt but the colour depth in that shot is nothing short of vibrant with capture levels beyond exquisite. For those in the know his aperture of light's been modified for control and believe me when I say this does takes patience to master to perfection.

I know the lads listening to music Right Now, so if this candid shot's authentic which I believe it to be as the subject matters not posing, then fair fucks for attention to detail!

If I can hark back to colour presentation. I believe the kelvin thermodynamics to be immense sharing relationships with white balance akin to that of consummate professional. Any negatives should be attuned with saturation and tonal range but overall an exemplary effort! In short well done young man.
It’s alright!

Young men of the Manchester Regiment. 1914/15 training at Heaton Park.

This is an informal shot so it tells you so much more than a rigid regimental picture. Probably taken with a portable box camera, they were all the rage, so much so the army tried to ban them.

'Those bastards'.......;)

Huge fuckers these, 10 foot wingspan. Peaceful birds though.
No it wasnt those bastards it was them bastards, them that were in the photo you posted :-)
Apparently my Uncle, who is 92, was feeding them and they were certainly not peaceful because they attacked him and injured his wrists. Why the daft bastard was trying to feed wild birds is another question all together, a bit like 'Why have you bought the biggest fuck off motor home, you are 90'
Answer: because I want to travel round Australia.

Daft, you're right he's daft.

You shouldn't feed 'those' Pelicans.
Or drive at 92.
Some of the grey nomads are a big worry driving round Australia at advanced ages.
Old and daft.
