I was based at BMH Rinteln when the wall came down. The Autobahn was full of trabant cars from the East. Did you ever get to check point Charlie? I've got an old photo of me stood next to what was basically a wooden hut. In them days when going over to the east you had to wear your No 2 Uniform.
