Just spent all morning shooting a works social event and I've now got over 600 RAW files to sort, cull, edit and export.
First-pass cull is pretty straight forward (missed focus, overexposed, closed eyes, or images that will just take too much time and effort to edit). This normally gets rid of around 60%, then I have to get brutal. Probably looking at around 60 to 70 final images. I'll spend around a couple of minutes on each processing and cropping. There might be a slack handful that I need to spend a bit more time on, so it's easily 2-3 hours work once I've done the original cull.
I used to take a lot more time, but I'm a bit more judicial these days.
