The play offs

Won't register in the national media, I suspect, but in Scotland, Cove Rangers defeated Berwick Rangers (4-0) in the first leg of the playoff this afternoon. As it stands, Cove Rangers would enter into Scottish League Two and Berwick Rangers would fall into the Lowland League. However, there seems to be confusion as to whether Berwick would indeed do that or instead seek to find a position somewhere in the English football pyramid.

Football players really are a bunch if fannies. That reaction by the Derby players says it all. If I was a Leeds fan I'd be unhappy with some of this commentary.

Oh and Huddlestone is a Grade A wanker.

Well he did have a few years at spurs...

So is there a Highland and Lowland League In Scotland?

Below Scottish League Two, there is a Highland League and a Lowland League, the winners of which play each other, and the winner over those ties then plays the team that finishes bottom of League Two. East Stirlingshire dropped into the Lowland League a couple of seasons ago, and it looks as if Berwick are following suit.
