The Price of Condoms

My mrs has come off the pill and I'm chilling at home so I've sent her to ASDA for some condoms. She rang me up to ask me the difference between Durex and Mates, I didn't know what it is so just told her to buy the cheapest and asked how much they were. Turns out it's 5 pounds for 18, reduced from 7 pounds apparently. 7 pounds is almost 50p a shag. I think that's quite a lot and that is without taking into consideration the fact I'll probably only get the best part of 2 minutes out of each one.

Then she rang me up again a minute later. She was going through the self checkout and it put them through at the normal and not the reduced price. She said she was too embarrassed to go arguing with someone about the box of condoms not being full price so she's having to pay full whack. I think it's a rip off and if they really want people to have safe sex and not produce babies then they should be cheaper. It's a good job she's paying for them anyway
